Cancellation Policy
All treatment bookings made will attract a 50% non-refundable booking fee at the time of scheduling the appointment. This amount will be deducted from the total owed on the day of the appointment. We respectfully ask that 24 hours prior notice must be given for cancellations of all salon treatment appointments, or a cancellation fee will apply.
Strict 24 hour cancellation policy: Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation time we miss the opportunity to fill that time, therefore customers awaiting appointments miss the opportunity to receive our services. A 48 hour appointment reminder is sent via text message as we understand that appointments may have been made in advance. Since the appointments are made individually for you, a cancellation fee will apply “No Shows” will be charged at 100% of the reserved service amount.
Arrival times: It is required for you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you for your treatment. However, to avoid inconvenience to our other clients, we may not be able to guarantee your appointment.You may choose to have a shorter treatment, otherwise the cancellation policy applies. For first time clients, please allow an extra 15 minutes to fill in our consultation form and check our location in advance to avoid running late to your appointment.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Once issued the value on the Gift Card can be used as full or part payment at our Salon.The card can be loaded with any value between $50 and $200. The maximum value stored on the card is $200. The monies on the card cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance will be stored on the card and may be used to pay for future purchase. Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the redeemer. All monies on the card must be used by the expiry date which is 12 months from the date the card was issued. Any balance left on the card after 12 months of not being used will be deducted. You should treat this card as cash – it cannot be replaced if lost. This gift voucher will be considered null and void without the Expiry Date and Authorised Signature being filled up, seal and other authentication signs or if tampered. Please be aware that if you select ‘Standard Recorded’ delivery and the item goes missing in the post, we will investigate for you and provide you with the relevant information but we are not liable to replace, compensate or refund any funds that may have been lost. To check the remaining balance on your card, please email us at info@envybeautyaesthetics.com.au referencing your unique gift card serial number. Calls are charged at local rate. The card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card. Envy Beauty Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or with draw the card on reasonable notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision (Envy Beauty Aesthetics) is final. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Online Booking Terms & Conditions
We would like to ensure that your appointment at the salon runs as smoothly as possible. Please read our booking rules and guidance so that you get the most from your visit to us.
• We may contact you to discuss any alterations to your appointment
• Prices are intended as guide only. You will be charged for the services you receive, which may differ from the services you have booked.
• Prices do not include any promotions, offers or discounts that you may be entitled to.
• Bookings made online may need to be slightly amended to fit in with salon time slots and the Therapists commitments. Please ensure that we have a current contact phone number for you (preferably a mobile!)
If you are unable to find the availability that you are looking for, don’t worry , just give us a ring and our Reception Team will do their very best to find an appointment to suit your needs!
• If you are booking for an eyelash, eyebrow tint or eyelash perming. You will need a Patch test 48 hours before you have the full treatment. Tests are available without an appointment and are free. Failure to have a skin test may result in us being unable to carry out your treatment(s).
Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Envy Beauty Aesthetics Pty Ltd . We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. Due to some products containing sell-by or used-by dates we cannot except returns after 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase for your item is required always. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the item purchased amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Items marked down on sale, discontinued or on clearance can not be returned for an exchange or refund.
We recommend that all returns are posted with tracking details and insurance, we are not liable for any lost consignments and the return, exchange or replacement can not be honoured if we do not receive the returned item.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@envybeautyaesthetics.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Treatment packages & Membership Terms & Conditions
All treatment packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, any treatment packages which have not been used within the year will be void, All treatment packages must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within 6 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments will result in treatments being deducted from your treatment package.
