All treatment bookings require a 50% non-refundable booking fee. This is deducted from your total on the day.
Strict 24-hour cancellation policy: cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the booking fee or be charged 100%.
A 48-hour SMS reminder is sent as a courtesy, but appointment attendance is your responsibility.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit or receive a shortened service.
First-time clients must arrive 15 minutes early to complete the consultation form.
All clients must complete a consultation form before treatment.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities or medications.
We reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Services like Reiki, crystal healing, sound therapy or breathwork are optional and offered only by request or consent.
These are not substitutes for medical advice or treatment.
Patch testing is required for all tinting, lash lift, brow tint, and IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) services.
Patch tests must be conducted at least 48 hours prior to treatment.
IPL treatments will not be performed without a prior patch test and appropriate skin assessment.
Failure to complete patch testing may result in refusal of service on the day for your safety.
Returns accepted only if:
